The Solution To Violence is a simple and complex math formula. The simple formula will come now, the complex one will come later. Here is the simple formula,

Control + Love = Peace

The Solution To Violence Pt. 8

The other meaning for the word solution is In chemistry. It means a solution is a homogeneous mixture composed of two or more substances. In such a mixture, a solute is dissolved in another substance, known as a solvent. You can get solve in solvent. The other connection to solvent and a chemical composed of substances is salve. A salve is a medical or herbal ointment used to soothe the head or other body surfaces. Here is a solution put in more of a solid form used to heal. The final connection with solution, solve and salve is, salvage.

Salvage 1 a : compensation paid for saving a ship or its cargo from the perils of the sea or for the lives and property rescued in a wreck b : the act of saving or rescuing a ship or its cargo c : the act of saving or rescuing property in danger (as from fire)2 a : property saved from destruction in a calamity (as a wreck or fire) b : something extracted (as from rubbish) as valuable or useful.

What we can see from this angle is something that was discarded or lost but was saved from being doomed or totally wasted. Its as though there was light or a solution to save something worthless or doomed.

Most of the men committing violence are probably from the 50-70% single parent homes. These homes are mostly run by females of the inner city and a few other places. If we look at Jesus Christ from a universal view *, he was a child born out of wedlock. Prophet Muhammad was an orphan. It is said his father died when his mother was pregnant with him. Another woman took care of him at one point and another woman raised him briefly. His mother died when he was six and he lived with other family members.

Why is it that these two men of religion grew up without there father or out of wedlock around, but yet they made an impact on the world with millions of followers?

Why are most of the children that are probably from single parent homes of women in the inner city connected to violence and lack self esteem to bring them together?

There had to be something that their mother put in the minds of these two men when thy were younger that manifested as they grew up. Most of the females that get pregnant today are by fathers that grew up in this 50-70% home life ran by a female. Some females might be bitter and also might have passed their anger and frustration down to their children. This can happen in married or households where a father or male figure lives as well. The difference in the two societies is, women in this country are conditioned to believe they are over the men. Maybe since it is in a woman's nature to feel secure with a man, the confusion might have thrown things off. This has nothing to do with sexism because the man has to have the utmost respect for the female. The lack of respect and gratitude is missing from a lot of homes and this has rendered an ugly face with the children. This is why the children have no respect and they are raising themselves with their own standards that does not include respect, honor, pride and duty.

Some people are controlling to the point that they run people away from them. A lot of times when someone is given a position of authority or a crown they are not naturally to be in, they become frustrated. The frustration builds up in the lower part of their body with all the other outside negative bombardments to the mind. All of this pressure results in negative impulses that are displayed in facial expressions, verbally, emotionally and biologically. When a man is not there for a woman during her pregnancy it bothers women. When a pregnant woman is not secure and has a lot of negativity in her lower area adjacent with her fetus, this is passed into the child's mind. Studies have shown and it is widely believed that playing music, reading intelligent things as well as positive thinking will have an impact on the unborn fetus. The main difference in some women might have been their strong conviction and belief in a higher power along with the gratitude to bear a child.

If a woman is not happy during her pregnancy or did not want it, these thoughts are passed down to the child. A lot of movies show some races happy with a family, big happy weddings, and all kinds of gifts for the couple as well as the child. These movies bring on more frustration by creating a false illusion to the minds of some women combined with the frustration that is already there.

We engage in the sex act but we don't want to pay a price for getting pregnant. This falls on both the man and the woman. You might have gotten out of control with sex but you can still salvage the child. My grandmother use to have a picture of a child with a saying under it. It said something like, God dont make no junk. There is a solution to all the problems from God in the universe all the way down to your, brain, blood and saliva. If you believe and want to change things you can change the atmosphere with the Ions in the air and ions in your DNA which is also in your saliva. The same thing that can be traced to you for a crime can be traced to God and his universe. This is why you see Sal from saliva to sal in salvation. You have to believe that you are not junk and if you feel that way you can be salvaged with a solution.

You have been using the wrong formula and it has distorted your view of things. The wrong problems have given your hearts the wrong solution. All the material gifts that you want and get can not equal up to the solution that your heart wants. Your hear wants one thing you have to solve. Once you solve this answer, you will have a salve like chemical solution rain down from your mind to your heart.

One of the answers for the Solution To Violence is, LOVE. The only catch with love is you have to earn it to get it. Once you put it out to the mother universe it will come back in the likewise fashion. Once you love the creator first and bless your child with thoughts of the creator no matter what the situation is, the child will have love on his heart and reflect this in the community. Love is a two way street just like the male and female. It takes two to tangle therefore one can't blame the other one for a pregnancy. You just lost control for a short time if it wasn't planned out. Most things are not by accident any way.

Most of the children and adults committing crime and violence are missing love. The are using the wrong formula to attain things and happiness. Material things and abusing females as well as males, is a reflection of how you feel about God and his mother universe. This is why you are not happy and never satisfied. Christ said that you can do better than he. Christ and Prophet Muhammad grew up out of wedlock or the real biological father around, but they were not bombarded with outside negative force of TV, radio, movies advertising etc etc.

The males/females will have to resist these gifts the outside influences and take charge of your thinking. If you do not change around for the better and use a different formula for a better solution for your heart then the worst is about to come.

The female has always had influence on the male. We can go back to a universal view to Adam and Eve. If Adam would have been stronger and resisted what Eve wanted him to do, he could have affected the future. The thought Eve had on her mind from the tree, was from a snake. The low snake got to Eve when Adam wasn't around. We can agree the snake had to sneak up to Eve. Look at the similarities with the word snake and sneak. Eve presented the apple as a gift. The snake told her something that was not good. Listening to the snake put a curse on Adam and Eve and their future children.

A lot of children are spoiled by their parents, family members and sometimes grandparents. The only problem is they spoil them with gifts, toys, clothes, shoes and money. Spoiling children with material things is putting a bad curse. It gives them a hard time dealing with reality. It's teaching them to look forward to material things. Some of the children these days are not rewarded things based off of earning them. The other sad reality is when the children get older, they don't get the same treatment from people they got as a child. Most of the children committing violence, caught in gang violence or killed by violence grew up under these conditions. Most children, males and females were brought up under the guise of materialism whether their families could afford things or not. The yearn for material things is there. The less fortunate desire material things. Some that are a little fortunate, are never satisfied with things they get. This is because of the material formula that God set up for your heart. Some have replaced their happiness with the place of shopping as a pseudo means to satisfy their minds. Unfortunately they are not happy on the inside. This lack of happiness on the inside drives some of them into a compulsion for more material things and even fantasizing about more material things. Some brag about the few material things they have as though it was a trophy and they earned it. Its not a coincidence that most spoiled children are the most depressed. This is based on what I have seen.

The material way of thinking that is in the mind of children and some adults is violence on the spirit. This formula is not a good solution for our hearts. This death of the spirit is one of the first stages of why children have no remorse. They have been raised to love things that have no hearts, therefore they can not relate to another human life or heart. If you combine that with the music, video games, violent movies and family neglect as the child got older you can see a zombie with no remorse. Not only do the children have to put material things to the side, but the parents have to also. The younger children and some adults are so boarish and deep into ignorance of their actions, they don't realize the consequences of the things they do or say.

The females desire material things and bring these ideas to their mate. Whether they can get the material things or not, they bring this seed of an idea to them. The males are going to have to be hard and resist. Its hard for men to resist something when they have natural desires. The females are going to have to resist their urges for material things and desires also. This means the females can't sneak the ideas to their minds by manipulating the males. This also means that the women, parents and other family members are going to have to hold back on material things for children. They probably should make them earn it simultaneously with a moral values. In some cases the parent or others cant relate to anything but material things because that is how they were raised. They woo the child with gifts, sweets and favorite foods. In other cases some females/males sneak off with other mates when they feel something lacking in their relationship for material gain, control or sexual urges that they have no control over.

You noticed the snake approached Eve when Adam wasn't around. Females like to feel secure and protected. Its in most males/females nature to protect their mate from outsiders that are a threat to their relationship. Most males the inner city feel threatened by outsiders of their neighborhood coming to see other females around there. They hate when others violate their orders or laws of the area. In most cases they drive them out. Notice how God put Adam and Eve out of the garden for violating a rule. Adam probably wanted to get his hands on the snake if he could.


How was Adam and Eve put out the Garden, but the snake was in the Garden? Did the snake get put out also?

If you read most Holy books, you can see the warrior side of God all through the books. Its not through ever chapter because he only order certain things to happen at certain times when he wanted or necessary. The point is most of you are so bored and boarish is that you are in War mode all day everyday. This isn't good for the simple reason you could burn out and over exert yourself. When a real fight or situation come if you are burnt out you could loose. This is the same strategy army generals use for war, companies use for employees and record companies for artist. Having different moods for different time periods is based on schedules. When you don't have a set schedule for moods and reason you could loose control of your mind. You can see this with people that always want to fight, drink, do drugs, have sex, argue or act a fool. If you do or think about anything in an obsessive way, you are addicted to it. It has control over most of your thinking.

In earlier days when a woman slept around with different men, she was called a trollop. One of the meanings for trollop is, one who engages in sex promiscuously or for money. The root word for trollop is troll. If we look at the word control, we can see trol = troll in the second syllable. The prefix Con is Latin for meaning, together with. Deep down in all of us is a troll. A troll has various meanings and origins based on folklore and things passed down over the centuries. Some trolls do and act differently based on the situation and nature. Some trolls are said to have lived under a bridge.

I believe (Dwaynes' theory) there is a troll in each and every one of us. This troll is a warrior (killer, annihilator), prankster (comedian, wise cracker, silly acting) inter-coarse performer (rough or soft), brat (cry baby, attention seeker, over happy boaster), sycophantic (panickier, exaggerator), snake (deceiver, liar, thief, manipulator, gossiper) other unknown powers that can be accessed with total control of trolls; (intuition, gut feeling,????)

The troll is nothing but a spirit that can shape shift based on the occasion or situation. You can see the full manifestation of these trolls in males and females. You can see the warrior when a fight breaks out, mother defends her young, parent chastising young, person fighting for their life or another persons, in a warrior mode or killer when necessary for defense or protection. You can see this in certain stances and body languages. This warrior mode is also associated with a biological response called fight or flight response in the lower body area.

Most of these are self explanatory but I will give some examples. The brat you can see in grown people all the time especially when they are being an over happy boaster. You can see this displayed in sports games when a player does a dance after making a goal or point. If a person did this for long periods of time, they would be considered to have lost control. The inter-coarse performer can be seen during that time and depending on the person the rough or soft inter-coarse performer is in action. The warrior is seen mostly in fight modes. If a person is a serial killer or dangerous psychopath trying to harm people, they have lost control.

If you lie a lot you have lost control. If you think about sex too much, you have lost control. This is just a few examples. If you are paranoid or panick at every little thing, you have lost control.

The other unknown powers that can be accessed with total control of trolls, can be seen by highly gifted individuals more than likely that have extraordinary gifts and knowledge. It isn't present in the inner city due to violence and the community just about losing, control. The fight over having control is basically the fight most of us engage in everyday. It is the war of maintaining from letting the lower mind totally rule you. You are conning the inner troll in you from going beyond a scheduled appearance. The snake can be trained to stay at bay depending on the laws of the land and rules of the community. On some occasions the troll will manifest two forms at one time. The warrior and prankster are more prevalent in the appearance of people and personality. Everyone has all of the troll characteristics which are, believe it or not, traits of the creator. This will be explained further at another time. Some of you will be able to identify with some things of this aspect.

People that are in jail are still human beings they just lost total control and are in a system called, the belly of the beast. This is not a coincidence that the shape shifting spiritual troll is located in your lower body. This area acts and thinks as well as made up like a brain. The many facets of your troll operates on a mood schedule. Y(our) pineal gland operates on a biological cosmic schedule. The prison or jail system is called, the penal system. The lower mind area or troll area is associated with the belly of the beast and, penal system. The brain upper mind is associated with the pineal gland.

Notice how toll and troll resemble each other. Then there is a connection with toll and troll. There is a fable about people who had to pay a troll to cross over a bridge. The troll lived under the bridge. He demanded a toll be paid. There are tollways all across America. I believe this is symbolic for if you go too far beyond a certain point you have to pay a toll. A toll is nothing but a price or wager for money. In other words you have to pay a price for going to far out of controll. You have to pay close attention to your actions, words and thinking to come together with the troll under (lower body) the bridge (upper mind). If you don't pay (toll) attention to your troll inside of you, and go to a certain pont you and the troll become separate and you will lose control.

The Solution To Violence Pt. 6

When we look at TV for movies, stories, music, plays etc etc, we are looking at the creative ideas that are in our minds. Sometimes life imitates art and art imitates life. It is also said that when we dream, that could be the real world and this world could be a dream. It appears to be two worlds interacting with each other from different spiritual planes.

Lets look at the real life situations of the some characters from, Harlem Nights. Richard Pryor (Sugar Ray) has died without being able to speak his words the way he wanted to in the end because of a disease. Eddie Murphy (Quick) has been through his situations but his movies have taken on a different approach from his earlier movies and the black ploitation mind set. There are no loud outburst, too much foul language and wise cracks in serious situations. His movies now have a lot of positive moral meanings to them. He went through a messy divorce in the eye of the public with serious accusations. He told Oprah Winfrey the whole experience helped with transforming his life to make him a better person.

Jasmine Guy (Dominique La Rue) was all about material things and getting her own night club in the movie. She never got her night club and died in the movie. She put everything at stake for material gain. In real life she went through a divorce that was in the eye of the public. It is on record and a lot of websites showing official documents of all the material things she wanted besides sole custody of her daughter. Here are some of the things she listed: Cell phone; Bench; 2 Stools; Dishes; Pots; Pans; Silverware; Toaster; Utensils to name a few things but there are more material items not shown.

This is for some women that like to put material things first before anything. material includes make up, money, vehicles, hair and other things to name a few. Women like to feel secure and everybody wants nice things. SOME women put high value on material things instead of God first, your heart, mind, community and mate. The same goes for some men. We have to see things from how the universe acts which is based on mathematics and principles. The same principles for words and their origins applies to thoughts put out into the universe that comes back to us in a good or bad way. A universal term used for actions coming back to you based on what you put out is called, Karma.

Look at the word Karma etymologically. You can see Kar - ma . Ma is connected to Mother which the universe is named after as well as Earth. We call Earth and the Universe after a woman, mother. You can also see Ma in Dogma, Dog - ma. You can see Ma in other
words * with a deeper significance. children are naturally in tune with the word Ma. Its their first word or thought behind their first sound or cry. Women are pregnant mostly from a 9 month term. This timing based on math. Women have menstrual cycles based mostly on a 28 day cycle with the moon. It is not a coincidence that in Egypt a woman with this name, Ma'at for certain principles.

You can not say Egypt does not matter, because Egypt is reflected in today's world in a lot of ways. There are even signs of the significance with people. For example when Michael Jackson passed, it was noticed that he resembled an Egyptian statue. The resemblance is extraordinary and too much of a coincidence.

Ma'at is where you can see in the word, Math. Ma'at from one aspect deals with the principles in ones life that sums everything up with situations in a Karma like fashion. To sum it up in a nutshell, the thing you focus on is based on a formula that shows an outcome based on your focus.

Look at a few words that deal with some sort of formula with Mat which consolidated through time from Ma'at. Math, Material, matter, Matrix, Maternity, Match and Mate. All of those words have something to do with a compositional make up and formulas. The universe is named after the female. The female is biologically connected to the universe as well as timed with her pregnancies, cycles, her thoughts, and actions are strongly in tune.

If a woman puts material things first, this throws her out of sync with the male. If the female puts too much pressure on the male, it drives him away. If a woman/man who has no control over their wants, therefore she/he puts a curse or curses the male/female out, she puts disharmony in the relationship.

I thought you said the woman was more in tune with the universe?

The woman is more in tune and biologically connected than the man but look at the first part of the word Man = Ma-n. Look at Male and feMale. If the female/male blesses the person to do better than cursing him with complaining, the outcome of the math problem would be different with their mate. Whether the female/male has one or not, they can bring one into fruition by speaking, thinking and acting positively about ones opposite sex.

If you think all men are dogs, that is what you will create with your words and attract. If you think all women are bitches, that is what you will create with your words and attract in a relationship no matter how temporary or short it is. Look up the word Dogma which is also Dogmata. You can see mat and matter in this other spelling which is Latin and its roots. Dog is God backwards. If both of you think you are Dogs then you are opposite of God and have the mind of.....

Ye, are all Gods.

Most of you are bored with having a peaceful state of mind, therefore you dig and look for negative things to go on. You try to find negative excuses because its hard for you to relate to things being calm and quite. You think having an argument is good and shows the other person caring by physical and verbal (actions) abuse. All of the negative things bombarded in your minds and the universe are giving you negative impulses which builds up tension. When the tension rises you release it though sex not love. These kind of relationships are nothing but, drug addict relationships. You are addicted to building up tension and releasing it. This is how drugs are doing people in the community. You build up tension because your body has been tricked to depend on the drug. It makes you think you need it by making you build up anxiety and frustration. Then when you get it, you release the urge. It's the same way with alcohol.

Now combine drugs and alcohol with a relationship. Drugs and alcohol is the matter. The matter of drugs and alcohol is the formula giving you a bad solution. You think naturally with math using the word matter. This is why you ask, What's the matter? You say other things like, the matter of fact. This term is a solution or another part of a mathematical formula.

When we put material things first it gives us a solution that does not make us happy. We don't understand why we are suppose to put God first. If, ye are all Gods, then we are suppose to see God in each other. Putting God first then seeing him in our mates and everyone changes our state of mind and universe. It all depends on what matter (math problem) we take at heart.

Material things like looks, makeup, hair, clothes etc is a formula that will not make us happy in bring positivity to the universe. Sure we benefit from these things and they serve a purpose but why is your heart, mind and soul all into it like that? You heart will never be satisfied. This is why when you get the person that looks so good, the makeup on your face, the car, the outfit etc you are still not happy. God set things up with your heart and mind with the universe form the beginning, so you can always go back to him. Why? Because he is a jealous God. This is why most relationships are not working, why we cant come together and why there is violence. We are looking at things the wrong way. In a way we are mad at God because we cant get our way so we are resisting him. The resistance is causing or making a whole new mathematical formulas that is not satisfying our hearts.

Learning the importance of words and the spelling is important. Its more important when you know the origins and the energy behind its origins based on the spelling. When you use words and phrases in certain ways with strong emotion behind it, you are putting a spell on someone or something. You can look at it how you want but it is what it is. You use spells in prayers, chants (things you say daily over and over) figure of speech and so on. The Bible is a book of words as the Go-spell Gospell. In the beginning was the word. All religions pray using different prayers as a form of spells.

When you say bad things about people you are cursing them. You are putting a curse (see past related blog) on them. It doesn't matter (hint) what the words are, it's the tone in which you speak that makes it bad as well as putting it in the universe. This also applies with visual images.

Some people are all over their social networks displaying pictures of their lower parts with negative thoughts in your minds as well as spirit. This is all inside the picture in case you did not know. Your energy is in the photograph. Thoughts are recorded in pictures that the minds eye, as well as lower mind can tune in on. You are vain in your pictures. Vain with your clothing, hair, makeup, shoes, handbags, jewelry as material things to name a few. When people view your pictures its tapping their minds into a different realm therefore altering the positive energy out of the universe. It reminds me of an old fairytale. Fairy tells are negative in a sense but they serve a purpose.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, Who is the fairest fair of all?" And the mirror answered-. "O Lady Queen, though fair ye be, Snow-White is fairer far to see

This rhyme is a curse that has put a bad spell on you. Are you trying to look like Snow White or are you an evil witch who wants to cast a spell or curse on other females? Women are suppose to have a stronger sister hood than what they have now. Since the woman is strongly connected to the universe than the man with her body, women coming together praying could render more positive stronger results. Science has proven that when women live together, their menstrual cycles all link up together. If you came together on that level, just think what your minds, actions and words will do on another level.

You cant come together and change the universe with vain x-rated pictures like you are Dominique La rue trying to entice Quick. The only thing you get is a quick ending of a short term sexual encounter which could add up to AIDS, pregnancy = baby momma/daddy drama or hurt feelings. Some female/male become border line depressed when you realize you can not have a stable relationship. You feel alone and wonder why. This is a mathematical formula that God set up.

From some young women:
Negative terms from women like, stunting on you hoes, I'm killing you hoes, Bitches cant fuck with this, You hoes is hating, etc etc.. There are males with some negative terms on their social network pages also.

Some of you are lonely because you put bad spells and curses on the men and other women. Women do not have a sister hood because of the thoughts they put into the universe about each other.

Look closer at some math formulas that determine a bad relationship with looking at things with the wrong view. Look at the word mate. If you don't respect your Mate, or place high value on God and the God in them, you will get a solution that does not satisfy your heart or better your relationship. If you don't see the God and the God in you, you become bored and act boarish with a broken heart. Your behavior with other males become animlaistic and you feel defensive as though you are in a jungle. Its like every person for themselves to guard their feelings. Then you become stubborn because you cant get what you want. You want the man/woman that you feel is cute, well off with money or has a good sex reputation with other people. All of that is material. The wrong formula that gives your heart the wrong solution.

The women could change the men in an instant if they thought more of themselves and put material things out of their minds. Some women need to put material wants out of their thinking. Its hard to change things that you don't want to change. You try to manipulate them instead of praying for them and putting thoughts in the universe. You contradict yourselves with the wrong view, even if you change the man/woman, sometimes its for sinister controlling means. After you change him with manipulation, then you don't care for him anymore. You feel like he is a wimp and you laugh, make fun and torment him/her.

Evil manipulation of a person makes you a demon. You would rather demand a person than ask them and pray for them along with putting positive things in the universe for them. God doesn't even demand you, he gives us free will. There is Gods Will which is apart of the universe. Women are in tune with this will but the catch is you cant demand. You demand because you are not patient. This is why you hate a man that listens to your every word, you don't respect him because you want a man to have masculinity. You want to feel secure with strength in the belief he has of himself. Some of you don't want a man of God or good because you are the opposite. This applies to men for some women also. All of these problems in our community is causing violence in the streets, homes on spiritual as well as physical planes.

The female/male can change everything with the men if they believed in God, the God in them and wanted it.

The Solution To Violence Pt. 5

Most young people and adults are actually bored and dissatisfied. Boredom and border line depression can bring out animalistic behaviors in people. There is a saying, an idle mind is a playground for the devil. If you look closely at the word boredom it has two syllables. according to wikipedia boredom is an emotional state experienced during periods lacking activity or when individuals are uninterested in the opportunities surrounding them.

The first part of the word is bore. Bore has a couple of meanings. according to Webster:

1 : to pierce with a turning or twisting movement of a tool2 : to make (as a cylindrical hole) by boring or digging away material intransitive verb 1 a : to make a hole by or as if by boring b : to sink a mine shaft or well 2 : to make one's way steadily especially against resistance

Notice how you are resisting or using a tool to make a cylindrical hole or digging. If the idle mind is the playground for the devil, then a bored person is digging to a lower part of themselves and resisting something they are against.

Lets look at another connection with bore. bore is a homophone to boar. A boar is swine or uncircumcised pig. The second part of the word boredom is dom. This part of the syllable is connected to dome. The pronunciation puts it as dum which sounds like dumb. It depends on how you look at it or your intelligence level, which could make you wise or dumb.

(I heard a minister say something like this).

You can see dom in wisdom and kingdom. The sound or syllable dom is like a
suffix but connected to dome as in brain. The dome is the top part of a round
building. You can have wisdom by having a wise dome or brain. When you have a
kingdom, this refers to Gods king dome.

It is all in your mind. If you don't have the right view of things or you are thinking with your lower self with an idle (not moving or thinking) mind, it can make you a dumb dome (dumb dumb).

Most of the younger people and adults wake up on the wrong side of bed. This results in a bad day with bad attitudes. Waking up with out having something to look forward to makes you have a bad and bored outlook on life. If you wake up and look forward to your purpose it would give you something to do. Having something to do and look forward to keeps you from being bored and acting boarish like the pig. Most bullies are bored and probably disconnected with everyone else in the school. Most relationships have trouble because the other person is bored. Some people kick up fights and arguments because they are bored and do not know how to have a peaceful state of mind. Most bullies are bored because they cannot balance out their natural warrior traits from being bored. Things have to be set up on a schedule with time to keep bullies and bored boarish acting people focused.

To change your outlook on life and help you get up on the right side of bed, you have to have knowledge of some biological factors with your mind and body. When you wake up in the morning your brain is responding to sunlight. The pineal gland (3rd eye, minds eye, God modulator) secretes a hormone called, seretonin. Seretonin has all kinds of benefits from curbing appetite, making you feel happy and calm to name a few. When the sun sets your pineal gland secretes melatonin. This hormone makes you feel sleepy, helps fight cancer and a variety of other things. Seretonin is secreted at daybreak and melatonin at sunset. The pineal gland is apart of a system of major glands called the endocrine system.

Why is this important?

When you pray or meditate in the morning it helps to start your day off because it helps to balance out your thoughts. Your upper mind is processing a lot of things and your lower mind in the body, is processing a lot of food from the day before. The upper mind and lower mind work in unison. While you are sleeping and its in the night a lot of things go through your mind especially the bombardment of violence, sex and food from music, TV, Internet, Advertising as well as the news. Making a biological connection to to our cosmic universe gives you a sense of focus and time. It helps to fight boredom to a certain extent. It helps you to get up on the right side of the bed. I can hear the results of boredom when I take public transportation in the morning and evening.

I can hear the females calling themselves out of their names, the males calling themselves out of their names and the females out of their names. Everyone is trying to be a comedian. The loud outburst are like sound bites from an x-rated comedy routine from Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy or Bernie Mack. This goes on all day everyday for some students, adults and some teachers. I can't lie and say I don't curse because this world will bring it out of you but, can we balance it out. Some people and children have lost control. Some people have lost control and their sexual urges have run amok. This is why a lot of the students get pregnant. The desires are natural, but when you don't have a plan for a pregnancy or relationship , it causes a problem. This is the same for violence. When you do not have a leveled head for a problem, fighting is the wrong way to look at things with a quick reaction because it causes more problems.

We need a Solution to prevent violence and problems. Look at the word Solution etymologically. The root word is Sol. Sol means light as in Sun. You can also see and hear the word Salute with Solut.

Salute according to webster 1 a : to address with expressions of kind wishes, courtesy, or honor b : to give a sign of respect, courtesy, or goodwill to : GREET2 : to become apparent to (one of the senses)3 a : to honor (as a person, nation, or event) by a conventional military or naval ceremony b : to show respect and recognition to (a military superior) by assuming a prescribed position c : to express commendation of : PRAISE intransitive verb : to make a salute

According to wikipedia here is the origin of salute. The exact origin of this salute has been lost in time. One theory is that it came from Roman soldiers' shading their eyes from the intense light that was pretended to shine from the eyes of their superiors.

In Hinduism or some forms of Yoga, before the start they make a Salutation to the Sun. This is not a promotion of Hinduism or Roman practices but we have to see things from all angles which makes up a big formula. Seeing the whole view, puts things in a universal perspective.

The Sun symbolizes God. Our bodies are naturally in tune with the Sun, Moon and stars whether we believe it or not. When we hear or read the words of Christ/Messiah/Mahdi, they are universally the same from a monotheistic and universal view. The other meaning for salute is obeisance which means, a movement of the body made in token of respect or submission (bow). This is what you are doing when you are praying. When we do not pray along with meditate, its like we are resisting a peaceful state of mind as well from having a balanced state of mind.

It is now being noted that prayer along with meditation relaxes the mind to 8-7 Hz. This is called the Alpha state. This state is also associated with day dreaming. When you are day dreaming you are focusing on something whether it is a primary focus or something on your mind. The problem with some youth and people is, we do not take time to think things out because we react too, Quick.

The word Solution has Sol in it which means light. When a person has a good thought, they have a bright idea. When some people see things from a clearer view, they say I can see the light. When a person wants to put more depth and detail on something they say, let me put some light on the situation. We can see Sol meaning light, Salute meaning obeisance, respect, honor, etc and the last thing is ION. Ion is an atom or molecule where the total number of electrons is not equal to the total number of protons, giving it a net positive or negative electrical charge.

When we pray we activate ions and atoms in the atmosphere. You can see atom in atmo-sphere. It has been noted by an Asian scientist studying prayer, words and thoughts over water howed a change in the molecular structure of water. He has proven this and even has pictures that he took with a microscope.

Why is all of this etymology and break down of words important?

Etymology of words is important because you need to know why and how they were formed and for what purpose. You learn in school about vowels with A, E, I, O but sometimes you don't know Y or W. When you say certain words with emotion behind them you put things into the atmosphere and cause a reaction in the atmosphere and spirit of other people. You already know this but are looking at things from the wrong view. This is why when someone says something negative you say they are hating, pouring salt on you and jealous. When you pray for people to get better mentally or physically it has an affect. Healing people with prayer is called, the Isaiah Affect.

Whether you know the meaning of certain words or not saying them still carries the same original connotation it was made for. The reality is not only are our minds bombarded with negative things from TV, radio, Music and advertising's, but we are also condemning and damning our selves with the things we say and actions (verbs) that follow.
